Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of PrestonAI Solutions (“PrestonAI,” “we,” “us”) and the chat assistant, dashboard, and related services we provide (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

The Service

PrestonAI provides an AI assistant that contractors embed on their websites to talk with visitors, qualify leads, notify the business, and optionally schedule appointments. The assistant gathers information and hands qualified leads to the contractor; it does not itself perform any contracting work.

If you are a contractor using the Service

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, knowledge, and settings you provide, and for following up with the leads you receive.
• You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business and your communications with customers, including consent requirements for calls and text messages.
• The assistant is configured not to quote prices or guarantee outcomes. Any estimate, commitment, or agreement with a customer is yours, not ours.
• You must keep your login secure and not use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.

If you are a website visitor

The assistant provides general information and helps route your request to the business you contacted. It does not provide a binding quote, professional advice, or a guarantee of service, and any appointment is subject to confirmation by that business.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and accurate, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. AI responses may occasionally be incomplete or inaccurate, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrestonAI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost leads, or lost business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the three months before the claim.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software and design, belongs to PrestonAI. Your business content and your leads’ information remain yours.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for conduct that violates these Terms or that risks harm to the Service or others.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above; continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
